There are 110 employees at the firm — compared to 17,000 at Lehman Brothers — and I have a personal relationship with most of them. I’ve been to their weddings, their kid’s birthday parties, and their charity functions. While we may not have the resources of a Lehman Brothers, there’s no bureaucracy to stop the truly great ideas from getting off the ground.
