Municipal-Bond Prices Fall as Issuance Swells

Given the low yields offered, individual investors are being pickier about what bonds they buy, said Bill Walsh, president of Hennion & Walsh, a broker dealer that works directly with individual buyers. In general, he said some of his clients are seeing more value in the secondary trading market versus new issues.
