Partnering with Jersey Cares to Keep New Jersey Warm
At Hennion & Walsh, giving back to the communities we serve is an important part of who we are. Through our long-standing partnership with Jersey Cares, we are proud to support an initiative that provides warmth, dignity, and comfort to individuals and families across New Jersey during the winter months.
About Jersey Cares
For more than 30 years, Jersey Cares has led one of New Jersey’s largest and most impactful winter coat drives. Each year, the organization coordinates the collection and distribution of new and gently used winter coats to men, women, and children in need throughout the state.
Through the support of companies, churches, fire departments, police stations, schools, and other community organizations, collection sites are established across New Jersey. Donated coats are delivered to container sites, where volunteers sort and prepare them for distribution. Local nonprofit partners then pick up the coats and deliver them directly to individuals and families who need them most.
To date, this innitiaicte has helped distribute more than 600,000 winter coats, with plans to provide over 20,000 coats each year to New Jersey residents.
Our Commitment
Hennion & Walsh has proudly supported for more than 10 years. As part of our annual community outreach efforts, we donate approximately 100 brand-new winter coats each year, with a special focus on children in need.
While the Jersey Cares drive serves individuals of all ages, we believe ensuring children stay warm during the winter months is especially critical. Our team is honored to play a small role in helping families face the colder seasons with greater comfort and peace of mind.
