These worries “jump to the top of headlines in the absence of any significant data releases,” according to Bill Walsh, president of Parsippany, N.J.-based Hennion & Walsh, which manages about $2 billion in client assets.
The concern, he said, is that the United States will borrow so much to get out of the economic slump that other countries won’t pony up capital at reasonable rates if times get tough again.
