Business Continuity Plan
Hennion & Walsh actively maintains a business continuity policy and plan to respond to any potential disruption of business operations. The plan is designed to safeguard the safety and health of our employees, clients and partners; securely protect both firm and client data and information; and ensure that procedures are in place to quickly assess, recover, and resume operations—allowing Hennion & Walsh to maintain consistent client service.
Multiple Locations and Remote Access
Hennion & Walsh maintains more than one office, and this helps ensure business operation continuity in the event one office has an adverse event. In addition, our employees and offices are also equipped with the required technology and support to work remotely and remain ready and available to assist. We also employ routine testing of backup access to all systems, procedures and staff members.
Health and Safety
We have taken – and will continue to take – all necessary precautionary and preventative measures, following the advice of public health officials, to prioritize the health and safety of our employees, clients and partners in all office locations.

For Clients
As we all adjust to changes to our personal and business lives caused by the COVID-19 virus, we want to remind you that we are available by phone and email and although we are limiting visits to our offices, most inquiries and transactions can be handled by phone. Our hours for incoming calls are weekdays, 9:00am to 4:00pm.

Transfer Funds through ACH
Although we remain open, to avoid potential mailing delays or disruptions, consider adding ACH access to your account to allow for electronic fund transfers.
ACH payments are electronic payments that go through the Automated Clearing House Network directly from one account to another. Using the Hennion & Walsh ACH system, you have the option to choose how and when your funds are transferred, eliminating waiting for checks to be received or sent.
